Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Athletiq app and website (the "Service"), provided by DevRise Solutions (devrise.solutions) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Using Athletiq
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Athletiq, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- You can use the tracking features without an account. If you create one with Google Sign-In, keep your Google account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Use the Service lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access other users' data, or use it to harm others.
2. Health and safety
Athletiq is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice.
- Calories, weight-loss estimates, pace, steps, elevation, CO₂ savings and similar figures are estimates. They can be inaccurate, for example because of GPS signal quality.
- Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or weight-loss programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.
- Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, faintness or shortness of breath.
- Stay aware of your surroundings. Don't look at your phone while running or riding in traffic, and follow local traffic laws.
You use the Service and take part in physical activity at your own risk.
3. Your content
Your workouts, routes and profile belong to you. To provide the Service, you allow us to store and process the information you choose to sync to your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you share a workout card, you're responsible for what you share and who you share it with.
4. Our app
We own the Athletiq app, name, logo and design. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Maps are provided by Google and weather data by Open-Meteo, under their own terms.
5. Availability and changes
We're continuously improving Athletiq, and we may add, change or remove features. We don't guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or that data on your device can always be recovered. Keep your device backed up if your workout history matters to you.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Athletiq at any time and delete your account in the app or on our website. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Athletiq after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
